Allied Solutions Center welcomes six new board members

Six Indiana business and civic leaders have been elected to the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel.

Board members serve three-year terms on a volunteer basis. The new members are:

• Carl Butler of Carmel is Vice President & Associate General Counsel of Angi Inc. and has served on the boards of several arts organizations. He holds a JD from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a BS in Flute Performance and Psychology from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
• Ryan Davis of Indianapolis is Managing Director, SVP/ Fifth Third Private Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s College and an MBA from the University of St. Francis and also serves on the boards of Wheeler Mission and The Villages of Indiana
• Heather Halliburton of Hamilton County is Vice President of Human Resources & Community Partnerships for Shiel Sexton and owner/CEO of Wonderland Sleepovers. She serves on the board of Prevail Inc. and holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
• Mike Heaton of Carmel is retired as a partner at Katz, Sapper & Miller. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and previously has served on the boards of the American Pianists Association, WFYI Public Media and Indiana Repertory Theatre.
• Shelly Schwarz of Carmel is a philanthropist and serves on the board of the IU Health Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
• Bobby Stephens is a principal at Deloitte in Indianapolis. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington.

Also elected at the board’s recent annual meeting were new board officers for the next two fiscal years: Kathy Krusie, chair; Jimmy Rayford, vice chair; Brian Urbanski, treasurer; and Shane Hageman, secretary.
