An Arcadia man was arrested late Friday night by the Pendleton District All Crimes Policing Team on a Felony Warrant for Level 3 Felony Rape in Hamilton County.
The warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation by Indiana State Police Detective Wade Heiny from the Indianapolis District that began in late November 2019.
Dominick D. L. Conley, 18, was arrested at a residence on Martz Street in Arcadia by Pendleton District Trooper Trent Jones. Conley was lodged in the Hamilton County Jail.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred in Hamilton County in late November with an alleged victim that was under the age of 18 at the time of the incident.

The biases of this case sicken me:
1) He was not housed in Hamilton County Jail.
2) “the ALLEGED victim was reportedly under the age of 18 at the time”… hey guess what? They both were under 18 at the time of the “”incident””! The police waited until specifically a week after he turned 18 (MONTHS AFTER the incident occurred might I add) before making an arrest.
