Carmel natives Elijah Carter, 10 (above left) and Carmen Latimore, 8 (above right) created this artwork to honor the hard work, innovation and dedication of utility lineworkers. Their mother, Caroline Carter, serves as a human resources consultant working out of Duke Energy’s Noblesville Operations Center. Their artwork will be displayed at Duke Energy’s 2023 Midwest Lineman’s Rodeo, which be held this Saturday in Plainfield, Ind.
