Actors Theatre of Indiana kicks off spring with live performances

Submitted

It’s been a long winter, but now Actors Theatre of Indiana prepares to kick off spring with live performances. ATI will perform “LIVE at Feinstein’s” at Hotel Carmichael in Carmel this Friday, March 19. ATI then looks forward to a new season of “Drive-In” style performances.

This Friday, March 19, the ATI Trio will perform at Feinstein’s upscale dinner cabaret in The Hotel Carmichael for an evening of sophistication and jazz. They will be joined by the incomparable Terry Woods. The Trio will be celebrating Indiana’s two favorite sons, Cole Porter and Hoagy Carmichael, who brought us some of the most popular songs of the 20th Century and helped to make The Great American Songbook what it is today.

A live audience will be present for this sold-out performance. However, tickets are still available for those who want to stream the performance. You can listen to Porter’s “You’re the Top,” Carmichael’s “Stardust,” and everything in between.

Tickets for the livestream option are $20 and can purchased through Eventbrite at this link.

ATI has plans for future live performances at Feinstein’s. The proposed dates are May 27, June 24, July 29, Aug. 26, Sept. 30, and Oct. 28, 2021. Visit ATIstage.org or the ATI Facebook page for updates and ticket information.

Last September, ATI began hosting a series of three Drive-In performances in the Monon Square Shopping Center in Carmel. These shows allowed ATI to interact with its loyal patrons while providing a fun and entertaining night out for those who enjoy live music.

ATI Drive-Ins are returning. Due to the success of last year’s Drive-In live performances, ATI will again host Drive-In events on May 14, June 18, and July 16.
