Melissa Ackerman, an environmental health specialist at the Hamilton County Health Department, and James Macky, the Division Chief of Emergency Medical Services at the Noblesville Fire Department, were recently honored with the Indiana Immunization Coalition’s High Flyer Award. The pair has been instrumental in coordinating efforts to vaccinate the county’s homebound population.
