As we turn the page on a vibrant and inspiring spring season, I want to take a moment to thank each of you – our supporters, partners, and community – for your continued commitment to our mission.
During the month of May, we had the joy of hosting our Spring Fashion Show, a beautiful gathering that not only celebrated style and community, but also raised over $68,000 to support survivors of crime and abuse. The energy in the room was undeniable, and the compassion shared made a lasting impact and a statement to end violence.
We also partnered with the Heart of cabi Foundation to host an event providing survivors with the opportunity to work with cabi stylists, picking out new wardrobe pieces that instilled confidence, self-worth, and a fresh sense of empowerment. The smiles, gratitude, and transformation we witnessed were truly moving.
As we reflect on these successes, we’re looking ahead to the biggest event of the year: our Celebration of Hope Gala on Aug. 9. This is more than just an evening out; it’s a powerful opportunity to come together, raise critical funds, and show up for those whose voices need to be heard.
If you attend one event this year, let it be this one. Your presence means the world to us – and to the lives we’re working to change.
