Westfield won its Senior Night game on Tuesday, beating Greenwood 59-50 at The Rock.
The game was close in the first half, with the Shamrocks leading 11-9 after the first quarter. The Woodmen were ahead 26-25 at halftime, but Westfield took control in the third period by outscoring Greenwood 17-7.
Karley Wininger scored 12 points for the ‘Rocks, with Annabelle O’Hair adding 11. Wininger and O’Hair each grabbed six rebounds, while Sophia Kreag and Ava Henson both collected five rebounds.
The victory improved Westfield to 13-6 for the season. The ‘Rocks will host Class 4A No. 10 Hamilton Southeastern at 6 p.m. Friday as part of a girl-boy Hoosier Crossroads Conference doubleheader.
