The Hamilton Heights swim teams split a home meet with Western on Tuesday.
The Huskies girls remain undefeated after beating Western 120-66. Heights’ double winners were Rachel Sanqunetti in the 200 freestyle and the backstroke and freshman Tara Holder in the individual medley and the 500 freestyle. Ryleigh Poe also won the butterfly. First-time swimmer, freshman Maria Mitchell had two fifth places and two personal best times in the 200 free and the 100 free.
The Huskies boys lost 126-42. Jared Holder won both the IM and the backstroke. Logan Fakes placed first in the 100 free. Josh Glover placed fourth in the 100 free and fourth in the breaststroke.
Heights’ next meet is Saturday at Northwestern
