The City of Carmel has announced the completion of the $8.6 million Spring Mill Road project.
The project included the construction of a boulevard section with a sidewalk and multi-use path for nearly two miles of Spring Mill Road in conjunction with the construction of a new roundabout at 111th Street and Spring Mill.
