Southeastern sweeps three-team meet at Westfield

The Hamilton Southeastern swim teams won a three-team meet at Westfield on Tuesday, beating both the Shamrocks and Franklin Central.

Team scores were not available. In the girls meet, the Royals won 10 events, including a double victory from Audrey Crawford in the butterfly and backstroke events. Westfield’s Bridget Peck was first in the 500 freestyle.

In the boys meet, Southeastern won nine events. Jihoon Jung was the winner of the individual medley and breaststroke. The Shamrocks took the other three events, with Ben Morse placing first in the butterfly and 500 free.

Noblesville split a dual meet with Lawrence North on Tuesday.

The Millers boys team won 103-80, taking five events. Jonah Setmeyer (200 freestyle), Aiden Kless (diving), Jeremiah Ledwith (500 free) and Wyatt Wade (backstroke) were all individual winners.

Noblesville’s girls team dropped its meet 98-88, also getting five event victories. Individual winners were Ellie Hayward (individual medley), Eryn McMahon (diving) and Sabrina Ledwith (breaststroke).
