The Rock Strong Award is a quarterly award given out by the Westfield Education Foundation (WEF) highlighting district staff who exemplify what it means to be Rock Strong. Staff members are nominated by their colleagues, students, families, and community members. They receive a commemorative plaque and a $50 gift card from the WEF.
