Main Street Roundabouts
Preliminary work has begun at the two intersections on Main Street near Carmel High School. On or after May 26, the roundabouts at Richland Avenue and Lexington Boulevard will begin construction under closures.
Access to Carmel Christian Church and the educational buildings on the south side of Main Street will be maintained from the east side of the project along Main Street with the majority of construction completed prior to the start of school in August.
Range Line Road Roundabouts
Work was completed on the new roundabout at Medical Drive and Range Line Road and it is now open to traffic. Construction has begun on the next new roundabout at 116th Street. East-west traffic will be maintained during this project, but motorists will not be able to cross north-south between Range Line Road and Westfield Boulevard.
