The Carmel boys golf team won an 18-hole meet with Zionsville Tuesday at Prairie View Golf Club.
The Greyhounds edged out the Eagles 307-310, finishing just after sunset. Carmel senior Patrick Michael was the medalist with a 72, followed by senior Owen Sander with a 73. Junior Joe Armfield carded a 78, followed by junior Austin Kent with an 84, sophomore Kent Fujita with an 84 and sophomore Mason Price with an 86.
Carmel plays Saturday at the Ulen Invitational at Ulen Country Club in Lebanon.
The Carmel girls tennis team beat North Central 5-0 in a Thursday dual meet at the Todd Witsken Tennis Center.
The Greyhounds play Saturday at the Homestead Invitational.
