The Town of Arcadia is preparing to submit a comprehensive planning grant application to Indiana’s Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), which is a federal Community Development Block Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The goal of the program is to encourage communities to plan for long-term community development through community outreach and input.
As part of the application process, Arcadia is asking residents and others who are interested in the Town of Arcadia and want to help plan for future development to complete a brief online survey by March 28.
