There’s already Black Friday and Cyber Monday – now there is Giving Tuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, Nov. 28, charities, families, businesses, community centers and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: To celebrate generosity and to give.
The goal at Janus is to raise $15,000 on Giving Tuesday to provide life-enhancing opportunities to over 200 adults with disabilities. This year a donor, who wishes to remain anonymous, is going to match every donation up to $12,500 so any tax deductible donation actually doubles in value.
So mark your calendar for Giving Tuesday, Nov. 28, and plan to make a donation that will make a difference that lasts forever in the life of a person with a disability.
