Colts assistant coach arrested in Carmel

At 12:03 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, Robert Mathis, 36, was stopped in the area of Bishop Circle and Windemere Boulevard in Carmel for traveling the wrong way on a one-way street and failure to signal a turn. During the course of the investigation, Mathis was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (I.C. 9-30-5-2(B) / A – Misdemeanor). He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

Mathis played his entire 14-year career with the Indianapolis Colts. He currently serves as an assistant coach for the Colts.
