Hamilton County’s Advisory level back to red due to spike in cases
(Above left) The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) has placed Hamilton County back in the red following a near doubling of the COVID-19 positivity rate among county residents. (Above center) As of Thursday night, the county’s positive test rate stood at 27.6 percent. (Above right) Also as of Thursdsay night, a total of 521 deaths were attributed to COVID-19 in Hamilton County, three of which are classified as “new.” (Below) The good news, though, is that despite the increase in positive case rates, deaths in Indiana are on the decline over the past several days.
