Noblesville police respond to shots fired at residence, officers investigating

At 2:14 a.m. Tuesday morning, Noblesville police officers responded to the area of 19498 Hurst Strand Way, Noblesville, to a report of shots fired. Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and began to investigate.

The preliminary investigation indicates that several rounds were fired into the residence and garage located at 19498 Hurst Strand Way. The residence was unoccupied at the time and there were no reported injuries.

In addition to this incident, officers also responded to the same residence Monday in response to an alleged robbery. The victims in that case reported the theft of a video game system and televisions. The suspect(s) in the alleged robbery are believed to be known by the victim(s).

Any resident or business in the nearby area with exterior surveillance camera systems is encouraged to notify the Noblesville Police Department (NPD). It is believed video footage may be of investigative assistance. No arrests have been made at this time and the investigation is ongoing. Future updates may be provided as they become available.
