Join the City of Carmel’s great small businesses on Saturday, Nov. 27 as the city kicks off the holiday shopping season with Shop Carmel on Small Business Saturday. All of the participating businesses will have Shop Carmel swag bags to give away (while supplies last), along with a raffle to sign up to win one of two $200 gift baskets, which will include items from the businesses.
All Things Carmel, 110 W. Main St., Suite 104, will feature a Welcome Center from 9 a.m. to noon that will include free cookies, coffee and Shop Carmel swag, thanks to event sponsor Allied Solutions.
Shop Carmel is also running a social media promotion where you can take a selfie while shopping small. Post and tag the businesses where you’re shopping and use #ShopCarmel to be entered to win a gift basket which includes items from the Shop Carmel businesses.

This Saturday will also be the first weekend of the season where the Holiday Trolley, sponsored by Allied Solutions, will be operating.
The free Carmel Holiday Trolley runs from 2 to 9 p.m. this Saturday. Stops include the Ice at Carter Green and Christkindlmarkt, the Indiana Design Center (near Holder Mattress), Main Street near Agave Bar & Grill, Bub’s Burgers and Ice Cream, Midtown Plaza and Carmel City Center. The free trolley runs from 5 to 9 p.m. on Fridays and from 2 to 9 p.m. on Saturdays until Saturday, Dec. 18.
