The Hamilton Heights girls swim team opened its season Thursday with a 102-83 dual meet win at Anderson.
The Huskies won seven of the 12 events. Teegan Madara was first in the 200 and 500 freestyles, and also swam on Heights’ winning medley and 400 free relays. Madara was joined by Jane Pache, Kennedy Weaver and Mady Hutcherson on the medley and by Weaver, Karley Duncan and Alaina Stohler on the 400 free.
Hutcherson also placed first in the 50 free, while Pache was the winner of the backstroke. Campbell Lively-Mason won the diving.
