For the first time, F.C Tucker Company is providing its real estate agents with a comprehensive benefits package – making F.C. Tucker the first Central Indiana real estate brokerage to do so.
Starting this week, Tucker agents will have the opportunity to sign up for medical, dental and vision insurance; short- and long-term disability and life insurance; retirement plans; Medicare; and even pet insurance for themselves, their spouses and partners, and dependents.
The new Tucker Health & Wealth program is an outcome of F.C. Tucker’s partnership with Pittsburgh, Pa.-based Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. The program is being administered by a third-party organization that has provided Howard Hanna’s agents with comprehensive benefits for more than 20 years.
During the open enrollment period, agents will be able to select from a variety of benefits with no medical examinations or underwriting required. Retirement plans with the option to rollover funds from previous employer retirement accounts and a college savings plan will also be offered. Benefits will go into effect Jan. 1, 2022.
