Michelle ‘Shell’ Barger, who specializes in selling and marketing residential real estate in the Carmel/Indianapolis area, has made the move to join F.C. Tucker Company.

Barger has been a successful realtor in the area for years due to the passion she has about her profession. Her goal is to help her clients achieve the best results when making the most important decision of their lives, and she does this through excellent customer service. This is why the move to Tucker is so important to her.
“This move means that my clients will receive the five-star service that is important to me,” Barger said.
Barger graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with a major in HR and Management and a minor in Eastern World Studies. She has been licensed in real estate since 2005. Her license designations include CHLMS, ABR, CRS, e-PRO.
Barger’s determination and customer service have served her well in the real estate industry. She was ranked in the top 5 percent of all MIBOR Realtors in 2020. She was a Platinum & Executive Club Member with RE/MAX International as well as a Billionaire Dollar Club Member with RE/MAX Ability Plus. She was a Who’s Who Member Among Real Estate Agents in 2020.
Barger is a member of several associations which provide her additional support and resources. She is a past Membership Chair of Women’s Council of Realtors, a Member of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), the Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist Guild (CLHMS) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She is also a member of NAR’s e-PRO certification (e-Pro), the Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR®).
Barger will bring all she has gained from her past and the memberships to her role at Tucker. In fact, she is looking to F.C. Tucker to give her even more tools to use in meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations.
Barger is also very involved in her community, thus making her even more vested in finding her clients their perfect home. She is the immediate Past President of the Carmel Rotary Club. She also works with The Villages of Indiana in a partnership to support and facilitate donations to assist The Villages’ Older Youth Services program participants. Her inaugural donation drive took place in May 2021 in Carmel.
