Eugene Leslie Walter, 69, Fishers, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at his home. He was born on August 1, 1951 to Vernon and Lucille Walter in Minneapolis, Minn.
Gene proudly served in the United States Air Force and worked for Peerless Pumps for many years. Gene loved his family, talking with people, and his cat.
He is survived by his children, Michael (Kim) Walter, Christopher (Elise) Walter, Ashley Walter, Cameron (Ashley) Walter, Alesia (Zachary) Cox, and Victoria Walter; and grandchildren, Hailey, Matthew, Sophia, Isabel, with Aria on the way.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Walter Larsen.
Services will be held at noon on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Marion National Cemetery in Marion.
