City to host summer celebration of shopping & dining July 16-23
The City of Fishers will kick off its second annual Shop Fishers: Summer Series Friday, July 16 with a weeklong celebration through Friday, July 23. The city-wide event will feature special deals and promotions from over 60 businesses around Fishers, encouraging the community to shop and dine local throughout the week.
“As our community continues to lead the state with one of the highest COVID-19 vaccination rates, I encourage our residents to seize the summer and get out to shop, dine, play, and explore,” Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness said. “Support the local businesses who help to make Fishers smart, vibrant, and entrepreneurial community.”
Event information can be found at ThisIsFishers.com/ShopFishers. A mobile event guide will be featured on the Play Fishers app, available for free download from App Store and on Google Play, during the event. Customers who check in at three participating businesses during Shop Fishers will be entered to win a prize pack featuring gifts from participating businesses.
The city will also hold social media giveaways leading up to the event. Connect with the city on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and follow #ShopFishers for chances to win.
