“Since the vaccines were first announced, Aspire began making plans to achieve the highest rate possible of staff vaccination as soon as the shot became available to our team,” Aspire President and CEO Barbara Scott said. “Through positive encouragement and sharing a constant stream of information with our employees about the safety and efficacy of the vaccines, this outreach has succeeded even more quickly than we’d hoped.”

Through staff emails, newsletter articles, videos, social media posts, interoffice exchanges via Google Currents and other communication platforms, Aspire has consistently shared the best information available about vaccines to its employees and patients.

Aspire, a nonprofit provider of “whole health” services including behavioral health, primary medical care, addiction services and more, will continue the vaccination effort with an organizational goal of 90 percent of staff vaccinated against COVID-19.

Aspire will also soon begin dispensing the vaccine at its health center in Lebanon, and through its pharmacy partner, Genoa Healthcare, in Carmel and Anderson.
