Help Carmel police find mischievous criminal

The Carmel Police Department is investigating a criminal mischief that occurred at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Jan. 16 in the area of 30 1^st Ave. NW, Carmel. The suspect pictured above is believed to have damaged a vehicle parked in the area before leaving in the vehicle, also pictured.
