Margarette “Pauline” (Renner) Fields

April 25, 1949 – January 21, 2021

Margarette “Pauline” (Renner) Fields, 71, Sheridan, passed away on January 21, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born on April 25, 1949 to the late Arlie Ancil and Margaret Edna (Hall) Renner in Billows, Ky.

Pauline was a graduate of Washington High School in Indianapolis. She worked at Indiana Bell as a long-distance operator right after high school. Pauline left Indiana Bell and went to work for Allison Transmission, where she worked as a parts distributor until her retirement. She was a member of Local UAW 933.

While working at Allison, she met Roy Fields. They were married on September 29, 1995, and the two of them enjoyed 26 years together. Roy and Pauline enjoyed traveling and creating new memories. Pauline loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Pauline is survived by her devoted husband, Roy. She was a loving mother to Michelle A. (Darrin) Flinchem, Sheridan, Mellissa A. Dreflak, Fishers, Bryan Fields, Indianapolis, Julie (Dan) Akers, Thorntown, and Bradley Fields, Sheridan. She was a loving grandmother to Jessica (Sarah) Farmer-Forbes, Jamie (Matt) Farmer, Julie (Brian) Farmer, Jake (Julius) Wycoff-Williams, Sydney Dreflak, Drake Dreflak, Allie Akers, and Emma Fields. Pauline was a proud great-grandmother to Jaileigh, Kolten, Olivia, Jenna, Savannah, Elliot, and Matthew. She is survived by her siblings, Janet (Jim) Leach, Christine (Joe) Enochs, Ray (Carol) Renner, Ronnie (Bonnie) Renner, Bill (Linda) Renner, and Patty (Paul) Nicholas; and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Pauline will be held privately. Everyone is invited to view a live feed of Pauline’s service on Six Points Church Facebook page at noon on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
