Charlene Shaffer, 83, Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on November 11, 1937 to Marion and Flossie (Kirk) Dean in Pennington Gap, Va.
Charlene enjoyed working in a sewing factory until she was 81. She loved her family and taking care of them by providing good food and spending time with them.
She is survived by her daughters, Michele (Brian Slauter) Henson and Jodi (Tom Shuck) Randall; grandchildren, Erik Lintz, Kylie Henson and Thomson Shuck; and great-grandchildren, Gabriel Lintz, Kieran Lintz, Amira Putman and Malia Putman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dave Dean; brother, Jay Dean; sister, Hazel Dowell; sister, Irene Thompson; sister, Bernice Napier; and sister, Jack Cook.
The Shaffer Family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Home with the care of Charlene.
