OneZone has announced Amanda Rubeck as the organization’s Emerging Leader of the Year Award winner. This award recognizes a businessperson who is between the ages of 21 and 40 that demonstrates leadership and passion for making a difference in his or her community based on leadership, mentorship, community involvement and entrepreneurship.

Rubeck serves as the Vice President/Senior Retail Officer for STAR Financial Bank. She is involved in a variety of organizations including the American Cancer Society, Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, and ACS ResearchHERS.
“We look forward to highlighting Amanda as our Emerging Leader of the Year,” said OneZone President and CEO Jack Russell. “Her work with so many great organizations and her impact on the community is so incredible. She serves on a variety of committees in our organization, including our Carmel Business issues and is a volunteer at a number of our events throughout the year.”
