On Thursday, the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners held a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the intersection of 136th Street and Prairie Baptist Road to traffic.
“This was a much needed safety enhancement to a growing area of the county,” said Commissioner Mark Heirbrandt.
The project corrected alignment deficiencies on 136th Street as well as sight distance deficiencies on both 136th Street and Prairie Baptist Road. The project was constructed by 3D Company, Inc. with inspection services provided by HWC Engineering.
