William B. Capps, Jr., 49, Noblesville, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on February 23, 1971 in Tipton.
Since he was a teenager to 2008, Bill worked as a carpenter and cutman. Since then, he was self-employed in the flooring business. Bill loved camping, dancing, playing pool, and playing his PS4. Most of all, he enjoyed hanging out with his friends and family.
Bill is survived by his wife, Felicia Capps; father, William B. Capps, Sr.; mother, Sandra J. Helton; children, Brance Capps, Will Capps, Kayla Capps, John and Maranda Everett, Michael Harrison, Andrew and Alexis Swecker, and Katie Byers; grandson, Luke Byers; sisters, Sandy Herron, Taffy Lantz, Leigha Biau and Tereasa Fisher; stepmother, Becky Capps; as well as several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Bill was preceded in death by his stepfather, John Helton; and his brother, Johnny Capps.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Redeeming Love Church, 1950 Conner St., Suite C, Noblesville. A private Celebration of Life will be held.
Masks are required for those attending.
