Arcadia Clerk-Treasurer Jennifer Pickett accepts a $10,000 grant from Mark LaBarr, Duke Energy Government and Community Relations Manager. The grant will help pay for the creation of a pocket park in downtown Arcadia. The Hamilton Heights student mural will serve as its backdrop and the park will be the home for the future splash pad and other amenities.
