Larry E. Rich, 74, a life-long resident of Westfield, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020 at Greenwood Healthcare Center. He was born on February 14, 1946 to Arthur and Modeena (Honnold) Rich in Noblesville.
Larry proudly served his country in the United States Marines during the Vietnam War and received a Purple Heart. For 32 years, he worked for Chrysler in Kokomo. Larry loved German Shepherds and his dogs, Bella Rose and Skylar Rain. He was a loving husband and the best Dad and Grandpa.
Larry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda Rich; daughters, Sandra K. Rich, Wendy E. Unger and Jennifer M. (Chris) Gates; grandson, Travis Rich; granddaughter, Madison Gates; brother, Bill Rich; and sister, Linda K. (Otis) Thompson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Dustin Robert Rich; granddaughter, Ashley Rose Rich; sister, Judy Kinkead; and brother, Jim Rich.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville, with visitation from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Rev. Stanley R. Sutton will officiate. Burial with military rites will be at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Westfield.
The family requests masks to be worn by those attending.
