The community is invited to a special ribbon cutting and open house in celebration of one of Cicero’s newest specialty retailers, Nolan James, this Saturday, Sept. 26. The event, in conjunction with the Boutique’s Fall Bash, will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the boutique at 99 Buckeye St., Cicero.
