The City of Noblesville and representatives from Xanderco will break ground on a $7.7 million redevelopment project known as the Lofts on Tenth at 3:30 p.m. Friday.
The project, located along north 10th Street, between Clinton and Wayne streets, will add 31,700 square feet of mixed-use space to the northside of Noblesville’s downtown.
