The staff at Carmel’s Hotel Carmichael and Vivante French Eatery are getting ready to serve you.

Vivante French Eatery, located inside Hotel Carmichael, 1 Carmichael Lane, Carmel, offers a new take on approachable French cuisine. Vivante, meaning alive, is the signature restaurant of Hotel Carmichael. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner – with a full-service bar – the fresh and vibrant menu will create a lasting experience for all to enjoy.

Vivante will have indoor and seasonal outdoor seating along the Monon Trail, a robust wine selection, rich French press coffee and private dining available. The restaurant is open to the public in addition to hotel guests.

Though the hotel does not officially open till the end of August, you can plan ahead and make dinning reservations at hotelcarmichael.com/dining.
