Community First Bank announces recent promotions, new hire

Robb Blume, President and CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana (CFB), is pleased to announce the new roles of Natalie Morrow, Bonnie Riley and Brandon Jeffries.

Natalie Morrow

Morrow

Natalie Morrow has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Junction Crossing Branch. Most recently at CFB, she held the position of Pebble Village Assistant Branch Manager. She was born and raised in Kokomo and began her banking career there in 2005. She started with CFB in 2007 as a part-time float teller for CFB’s Howard County branches.

After stepping away from banking in 2011 to raise a family, Morrow came back to work for CFB in May 2018 joining the Hamilton County team and has assisted in opening all three new branches. She currently lives in Noblesville with her husband and five children.

Morrow sits on the board for Noblesville Softball rec league as a Division Commissioner, Umpire in Charge and Public Relations officer. She also helps coach her daughters Isabel and Abigail. She is very excited to take on this new role with CFB and looks forward to continuing working with the Hamilton County team in growing the bank and carrying out its mission.

Bonnie Riley

Bonnie Riley has moved to the role of AVP, Executive Banker. Most recently at CFB, she held the position of Oak Ridge Branch Manager. Bonnie’s banking career spans 25 years with her experience beginning at Kentland Bank in Kentland, Ind. She learned the industry starting as a teller, leading her to Assistant Credit Supervisor in Ag-Commercial lending.

After 10 years, Riley joined Regions Bank where she served Indiana, Florida and Texas markets. In 2008, she joined The National Bank of Indianapolis in the Westfield/Carmel market where she served as management and operational leader for 11 years, actively participating in marketing and development efforts.

Riley has built a reputation on excellence in client service and fostering strong relationships with her business partners. She joined Community First Bank of Indiana in 2019 to lead the opening of the first Westfield branch. She has been actively involved in the community, including the local Chambers of Commerce, serving two terms on the Carmel Chamber Membership Committee and 8 years as an ambassador.

Riley is a past student mentor with Starfish Initiative, a former board member of Prom Genie, Inc., and a 2017 graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. She enjoys running, hiking, biking, and yoga as well as time with her two children, four grandchildren, friends and her Australian Shepherd Max.

Brandon Jeffries

Jefferies

Brandon Jeffries has been hired as AVP, Branch Manager of the Oak Ridge Branch. He has been working in the banking industry for 10 years and has held a variety of management positions within Hamilton County.

Jeffries says he enjoys helping individuals develop in their careers and helping them accomplish their professional goals. He also enjoys being an active member in his community and developing personal relationships with business leaders throughout Hamilton County. He resides in Hamilton County with his wife Leah and their two dogs.

Jeffries is an avid basketball fan and played for Indiana University Kokomo while attending school there. He also enjoys volunteering and has worked with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Kids Against Hunger, Gigi’s Playhouse and Stand Up to Cancer.
