The Noblesville Noon Kiwanis Club recently lined the courthouse square with flags to commemorate the July 4th holiday. The flags are normally placed around the square during the Memorial Day weekend; however, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the club made the decision this year to commemorate Independence Day.
