Phillip Vance Wagner, 80, Camby, passed away May 27, 2020. Phillip was born May 24, 1940, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to the late Austin Jackson and Marjorie Eunice (Wichman) Wagner.
Phillip proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a Commercial Underwriting Manager for American States Insurance for many years. Phillip will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.
Survivors include his children, Brent Wagner (Belinda) and Kimberly Webster (Chet); a granddaughter, Delona; and three grandsons, Austin, Parker and Connor.
