Emily Pearson: “Nothing but care, compassion, respect” from Kim Good

Dear Editor:

I would like to ask the residents of Hamilton County to vote for Kim Good for Hamilton County Treasurer in the upcoming election. As an employee of the Treasurer’s Office, I am putting my support 100 percent behind Kim Good.

I have seen nothing but care, compassion and respect for the employees and the taxpayers from Kim Good and Treasurer, Jennifer Templeton since I was hired at the Hamilton County Treasurer’s office last August.

Kim is not a career politician, but a dedicated public servant who came to work at the Treasurer’s Office one year out of high school. Kim has worked her way up in the Treasurer’s Office and served two prior terms as Hamilton County Treasurer. We need someone in that office that has her skill in investing and handling public funds. Kim has always exemplified outstanding customer service to the citizens of Hamilton County.

Kim is also a very respected member of the Republican Party having served as Treasurer and Secretary of the Hamilton County Republican Women’s Club, Treasurer of the Indiana Republican Women’s Club and Secretary of the Hamilton County Republican Party. She has helped with several candidates’ campaigns and volunteered at several events. She has the heart of a servant.

Kim has served as President of the Indiana County Treasurers Association and was selected 2010 Outstanding County Treasurer.

Do you see a common link in all of this? It is respect and leadership both county and statewide.

That is the kind of person we need to retain in the Hamilton County Treasurer’s Office. As a current employee of the Hamilton County Treasurer’s Office, I am asking you to do what is best for the county and vote for Kim Good for Republican candidate for Hamilton County Treasurer on June 2.
