The City of Carmel is moving forward with road construction projects as warmer weather allows. Below are a few projects of note:
- 96th Street and Haverstick Road: Anticipated closure began on April 1 for construction of a new roundabout just west of the 96th and Keystone interchange. Full closure anticipated for 120 days, local traffic only.
- Range Line Road at U.S. 31 closure on April 6 for Hamilton County’s Lowes Way project. This construction of a new roundabout and connection to Keystone Parkway will be a full closure, with no access through this intersection located just south of the U.S. 31 overpass (the road is open to Dairy Queen).
- Carmel Drive and Pennsylvania Street anticipated closure coming at the end of April. This will be a full closure for construction of a new roundabout.
