Blackhawk Winery is preparing for a busy month of April with many fun, family-friendly events along with the biggest event of all – the fifth annual Adult Easter Egg Hunt. There is so much going on at the winery that you’ll want to be there all weekend, every weekend of April.
- Sunday, March 29 – Bring the kiddos out to see the Easter bunny. Have their picture taken with the Easter bunny and visit with the other farm animals, along with other fun activities for the kids.
- Saturday, April 4 – Bring your puppies and adult dogs out to get their pictures taken with the Easter bunny. Please make sure your dogs are on a leash … the Easter bunny is a bit nervous about this event. Bring a donation for Redemption Rescue Animal rescue and receive a token for a free glass of wine.
- Saturday, April 11 – The annual Adult Easter Egg Hunt. The kids and pooches have had their fun, now it’s the adults’ turn. There will be four different hunt times throughout the day and all the eggs will be hidden in the vineyard. This event is rain or shine, so be prepared. And don’t worry, the prizes aren’t candy … these are adult prizes. When you are finished with your hunt, relax with a glass of wine, some great music and food for sale from Rolling Asian Cuisine or Soladine Catering.
- Sunday, April 12 – Happy Easter! Blackhawk Winery is closed on Easter Sunday.
