Monica Greer, executive director of the Hamilton County Council on Alcohol & Other Drugs, recently traveled to Washington, D.C. to share the success of Hamilton County’s Quick Response Teams. The teams work with overdose survivors in an effort to get them into treatment. The discussion was part of a Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Program sponsored by the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
