Charles William Bastin

October 31, 1927 – February 3, 2020

Charles William Bastin, 92, Fishers, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at his home. He was born on October 31, 1927 to Amos and Elizabeth (Harrison) Bastin in Poseyville, Ind.

Charles was a graduate of Aurora High School and Butler University. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Charles was a CPA, co-founding Bastin Dorrell & Snyder in 1965. He was a member of Noblesville First United Methodist Church, Westfield Lions Club and Indiana CPA Society.

Charles is survived by his wife, Janice G. Bastin; son, David (Deborah) Bastin; daughter, Deborah (Roland) Feliciana; son, Ronald (Lucinda) Bastin; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Larry Bastin; two sisters; and two brothers.

Services will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2020 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with visitation from 5 p.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis at a later date.
