Jeffrey Kruse

February 28, 1956 – January 22, 2020

Jeffrey Kruse, 63, Arcadia, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. He was born on February 28, 1956 to Jack and Josie (Hughes) Kruse in Noblesville.

Jeff graduated from Noblesville High School in 1974. He was a Gunsmith and owned Fox Prairie Gun Range. Jeff was an avid gun owner, who was able to turn his hobby into a way to make a living. He volunteered with the 4-H Gun Club and the Hunter’s Education program, which taught responsible and safe use of firearms. Jeff lived his life on his own terms and he loved his family.

He is survived by his mother, Josie E. Kruse; daughters, Kelly Ringer, Jessica Bennett and Emily Jackson; sister, Patricia Thomas; brother, Jackie Kruse; grandchildren, Jaxon McKinley, Shelbi McKinley, Ella Jackson, Sonny Bennett, Bo Jackson and Eva Jackson; and his companion, Susan Schroeder.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2020 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the funeral home, with Rev. Jody Brown officiating. A private family burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
