Interested in growing your own produce and plants, but don’t have space in your backyard? Intrigued by the farm-to-fork concept? If so, Fishers Parks & Recreation invites you to participate in the Community Garden Program.

The Community Garden Program (CGP) invites residents to rent a 10 by 10 foot plot of land at Cyntheanne Park to garden for the season for $30. Conventional and organic options are available, as well as a limited amount of raised 4 by 9 foot beds. Gardens open Saturday, April 18.

CGP is an ongoing partnership between residents and Fishers Parks & Recreation, and while gardeners are responsible for all prep, maintenance, upkeep and winterization, resources and support are available to help.
