Tigers drop first game

Fishers lost its first game of the season on Saturday, as the Class 4A No. 4 Tigers fell to 4A No. 10 North Central 74-53 at the Tiger Den.
The game was tied at 19-19 after the first quarter, but the Panthers pulled away in the second to lead 39-30 at halftime. North Central then stretched its margin to 58-43 after three quarters.
Kaitlynn Feagan led Fishers with 12 points, followed by Audra Emmerson, Hailey Smith and Olivia Smith with eight points each.
The Tigers are 16-1 and will host Brownsburg Friday in a girls-boys Hoosier Crossroads Conference doubleheader.
