NewPro Containers expanding in Westfield

On Monday, Westfield Mayor Andy Cook and executives with NewPro Containers announced the company will expand its Westfield operations, adding 10,000 square feet and three new employees.

NewPro Containers relocated to Westfield in 2018 and currently employs 21 people in its 51,000 square-foot facility on Southpark Drive. It is a family owned and operated manufacturer, importer and wholesale distributor of commercial-grade plant containers and supplies.

“I am excited to see NewPro expanding in Westfield,” said Cook. “It is my hope that they will continue to grow in our community. NewPro is a strong company with a smart growth strategy. The company is investing in its people and in our community while continuing to increase its market share. This announcement is a ‘win’ for our city.”

“NewPro’s growth has far exceeded expectations since making the move to Westfield from Zionsville, requiring we invest further in expansion,” said Jeremy Dearringer, CEO/Owner of NewPro Containers. “The amenities Westfield offers also play a major role in attracting/retaining talent, hosting business partners and entertaining prospects, such as the growing list of restaurants, the Monon Trail, Colts Training Camp at Grand Park and excitement around Grand Junction.”
