Millers drop road game at Homestead

Noblesville fell to Class 4A No. 4 Homestead 55-37 on the road Saturday in a makeup game.
The Millers led 20-18 after the first quarter, but the Spartans were able to take a 25-22 lead by halftime after a defensive second period. Homestead then took over in the third quarter, leading 43-29 by the end of the period.
Abby Haley scored 12 points to lead Noblesville, with Mallory Miller adding 10. Ashlynn Shade had nine points and four rebounds, with Emily Wood also collecting four rebounds.
The Millers are 3-7 and host 4A No. 5 Fishers next Friday.
