‘Blazers still perfect

University ran its record to 8-0 for the season with a 66-46 win at Bethesda Christian on Tuesday.
The Class 2A No. 3 Trailblazers got out to a good start, leading 16-5 after the first quarter. University then jumped ahead 34-15 at halftime.
Four different players reached double-digit scoring, led by Sierra Hinds with 16 points. Kelsey DuBois was next with 14, followed by Maddi Sears’ 12 points and Lindsey Syrek’s 11.
University returns home on Thursday to play Anderson Prep Academy in a Pioneer Conference game.
